If you’ve ever wondered how to make music like Ilan Bluestone, Genix, Above & Beyond or other Trance Music artists, this will give you an insight into how to achieve similar results.

Anjunabeats is a British record label started by producers Jonathan “Jono” Grant and Paavo Siljamäki of Above & Beyond in 2000. Initially exclusively a trance music label, around 2011 Anjunabeats started releasing primarily trance-edged house. The name “Anjuna” comes from the name of a beach in Goa, India.

Ilan Bluestone’s whirlwind journey through the international dance music scene has been nothing short of monumental. With a string of recent hits such as ‘Will We Remain?’, ‘Let Me Know’ and ‘I Believe’ under his belt, he now has an impressive array of career live performances at prestigious venues including London’s Wembley Arena, the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, EDC Las Vegas and New York’s Madison Square Garden to boot.

This isn’t only a tutorial on how to make Trance Music in Ableton Live, though…you can use the same methods in FL Studio or Logic X, to produce your own Trance Music in the style of Ilan Bluestone and other Anjunabeats artists.

This tutorial will go through all the steps, including…

1. Kick and Bass
2. Huge Chord Progression
3. Drums and Percussion
4. Sound Design
5. Arpeggio Creation
6. Pads
7. Finding and Using Vocals
8. Mixing
9. Arrangement
